Refund policy
At Little Igloo, every product is crafted and inspected with utmost care using premium, natural materials.
You may initiate a return in the following scenarios:
- Damaged Product: While our stringent Quality Control Team ensures the highest standards, occasional oversights can happen.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If the product you receive is different from what you ordered.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packing to support your request. Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
Natural Variations
Because our products are made with natural materials and gentle processes, slight variations in colour, weave, or texture are part of the product’s character and not considered defects.
Return Timeline
- Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products returned after 7 days of receipt will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
• Due to hygiene reasons, baby essentials are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless damaged or incorrect.
• Products showing signs of use, washing, or wear cannot be refunded.
How Do I Return a Product?
- Contact Us:

- Alternatively, email us at penguin@littleigloo.in with your name, order number, and reason for return.
- Inspection & Resolution:
- Once the product is received, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect it.
- If approved, we will process your exchange, or issue a little igloo gift card for the same amount.
- The Gift Card will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue. We will not be including delivery charges as part of the Gift Card amount.
- The Gift Card is non-transferable.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply use your store credit to place a new order.
Important Notes
- Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances
- Little Igloo is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control
We aim to make the exchange and replacement process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. After dispatch, we can’t cancel orders.
