This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made thereunder, as applicable, and the amended provisions relating to electronic records in various statutes. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2011, which requires publishing the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other policies for access to or usage of the website https://littleigloo.in, including its related mobile site and mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

The Platform is owned and operated by Puneet Jindal, incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at 1477, 3rd Floor, Sector 46, Gurugram, Haryana (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Your access to, browsing of, or use of the Platform and its services (“Services”) is governed by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), along with the Privacy Policy and other applicable policies, which are incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

Neither the Platform Owner nor any third party provides any warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information or materials offered through the Platform for any specific purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

4. Use at Your Own Risk
Your use of the Platform and Services is entirely at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for independently assessing whether the Services meet your requirements.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, design, layout, and software, is owned by or licensed to the Platform Owner and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any rights, title, or interest in such content.

6. Unauthorized Use
Any unauthorized use of the Platform or Services may result in legal action under these Terms and applicable laws.

7. Service Charges
You agree to pay all applicable charges for availing the Services as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.

8. Lawful Use
You agree not to use the Platform or Services for any unlawful, illegal, or prohibited purpose, or in violation of any applicable Indian or local laws.

9. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Once you access such links, you will be governed by the terms and policies of those third-party websites. The Platform Owner is not responsible for the content or practices of such external sites.

10. Legally Binding Transactions
By initiating a transaction on the Platform, you acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner.

11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, Privacy Policy, or applicable laws, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or Services. The total liability of the Platform Owner shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim or INR 100 (Rupees One Hundred), whichever is lower.

13. Force Majeure
The Platform Owner shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, strikes, or technical failures.

14. Modification of Terms
The Platform Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
