- Each item is inspected and packed with care before dispatch.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

- Domestic Shipping (India):
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. - Remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout.
- Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or product page.
📍 Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
- You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.
📦 Packaging & Safety
- Products are packed securely to protect them during transit.
- We use sturdy outer packaging to minimize damage while shipping.
- Minor creases on outer packaging may occur due to courier handling and are considered normal.
🚫 Delivery Delays
- While we work with reliable courier partners, occasional delays due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
- Little Igloo is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will always assist you in tracking your order.

- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
